4.1. Delivery is not available. 4.2. The customer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon collection and reporting any discrepancies immediately.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1. All sales are final. Refunds or returns will only be processed in accordance with applicable laws or as agreed upon in writing. 5.2. Cancellations prior to final payment may incur administrative fees.

6. Warranties

6.1. Vehicles purchased from E & R Motors will come with a 3 month mechanical warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms for details. 6.2. E & R Motors provides no additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
